I'm a passionate Baltimore runner looking to build community, smash personal records, and help others achieve their goals. Whether you're thinking about getting started or an experienced athlete looking to take your training in a new direction, I want to help you push your fitness limits. I offer a variety of personalized coaching plans dedicated to strength training, running, or both and have had success at the 5k, 10k, half marathon, and marathon distances.
